All Sales Are Final (Mostly)
Because we sell handmade food products, we don’t accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. You wouldn't want fudge someone else had already handled—neither do we.
That said, we’re not monsters. If something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.

My Order Arrived Damaged or Wrong
That’s on us—let’s fix it fast.
Here’s what to do:
1. Snap a photo of the issue (damage, wrong flavour, etc).
2. Email it to gofudgeyoself24@gmail.com with your order number.
3. We’ll review it and either replace the item or issue a refund.
We sort these out within 48 hours, so you’re not waiting.

We will NOT be liable for any goods that may have melted if you order within the hot weather. Please refrigerate, they will be absolutely fine!

My Parcel Didn’t Arrive
Sometimes Royal Mail does fudge it up.
If your order hasn’t shown up after 7 working days, email us and we’ll investigate. If it’s lost or stuck in fudge limbo, we’ll sort a refund or resend.

Wedding & Custom Orders
Deposits for wedding tables or custom large orders are non-refundable unless agreed in writing. Once your order is confirmed and ingredients bought—you're locked in.
We’ll always confirm your timeline and final details via email before the job starts.

This usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.
